Our structured payment plan helps ensure the best care for each puppy while providing flexibility for our families. We accept payments via Zelle (330-608-0296), Venmo (@Heidi-Bogue) and PayPal (hbogue72@gmail.com). Please use "Friends & Family".  Our preferred method is Zelle.

1. $1000 Deposit

Due to join the waitlist

    •    This is a non-refundable deposit with no expiration that secures your spot on our waitlist. Priority for puppies is given in order of deposits received so the sooner you send yours in, the further up the line you will be.

    •    It applies toward your final balance and is good forever with Creekside.

2. $1500 – Commitment Payment

Due within 5 days after puppies are born

    •    This confirms your commitment to a specific litter.

    •    It helps us plan accordingly and ensure each puppy has a committed home.

    •    If for some reason the litter does not work out, this can be applied towards another litter or refunded.

3. $1500 – Midway Payment

Due at 4 weeks of age

    •    This stage is when vet bills and care expenses peak, and your support helps us continue providing the very best for your puppy.

4. $3000 – Final Payment

Due at pickup (around 8 weeks old)

    •    The remaining balance is due when you take your puppy home or prior to delivery. You are welcome to make this payment via cash.
